Company Policy on Personal Data Processing
1. General provisions
This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Policy’) has been adopted in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 No. 152-FL ‘On Personal Data’ and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by the website https://angels-it.com (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.1. The Operator's most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities is to respect the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens when processing their personal data, including protecting their rights to privacy and personal and family secrets.

4. Processing of personal data

The subject bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by them. The subject is aware of all the negative consequences of providing invalid or outdated information.

Angels IT LLC informs the User, and the User agrees, that in order to achieve the stated goals, Angels IT LLC has the right to use third-party analytical services (for example, the Yandex Metrica web analytics service, etc.), as well as transfer (if necessary, cross-border transfer) cookies to the owners of analytical services with whom Angels IT LLC has concluded relevant contracts and/or agreements.
5. Terms of personal data processing
5.1. The operator processes users' personal data from the moment they give their consent or in other cases provided for by law.
5.2. The term of personal data processing is unlimited.
5.3. The processing of personal data may be terminated if the purposes of processing personal data have been achieved, if the consent of the data subject has expired or been withdrawn, or if unlawful processing of personal data has been identified.

6. Final provisions
